Alanya Citadel

Alanya Castle is the only Seljuk castle guarded until the present day. Instead of the remains of the Roman fortress in 1225 a new castle was built by the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat. With 83 towers and 140 bush, surrounded by three rows of the castle walls, consists of all the inner and outer parts of the castle.
