If you are looking for a fun activity in Antalya, check out Hip-Notics, a cable waterski-wakeboard park. They have 3 man made lakes where you can learn to waterski or wakeboard- in any kind of weather- with no boat involved. Really good waterskiiers concentrated on the slalom course.
The staff is friendly (in several languages) and professional. We spent the whole day there: skiing, eating yummy home-cooked food, swimming, jumping on the trampoline, boarding some more and gawking at the professional wakeboarders who go to train there. It's a beautiful setting and what a sunset! Lots of fun for kids and adults of all ages. The music was great and you can even ski at night! They also have airconditioned rooms for rent. We didn't stay there the last time we went, but the people who were staying there looked like they were having so much fun, we will definitely stay there next time.
